At the end of Wave 4, profit taking is over, and those who exited early in Wave Three are eager to re-enter.

Notice the change in mindset from the third to the fifth wave.  While crisis and panic response created Wave Three, Wave Five is not.  Orderly entry fuels it.

Wave Five can move to new extremes, but it lacks the power found in Wave Three.
